Triphala is a traditional combination of three fruits, amalaki, haritaki, and vibhitaki, all herbs of traditional Indian ayurveda. A balanced blend of these fruits acts as a cleansing agent, with a positive impact on digestion and the immune system. Haritaki and vibhitaki have antioxidative properties, with a broad spectrum of effects on cardiovascular health, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels as well as liver and respiratory health. Haritaki also supports the reproductive system and skin health.

Recommended dose and instructions: Mix 1 teaspoon in water and drink. We recommend using for at least 1 month. first week: 1 tsp. daily; second and third weeks: 2–3 tsp. daily; fourth week: 1–2 tsp. daily. Prep TIP: To prevent clumps, mix 1 part powder and 2 parts water and stir into a smooth paste before diluting in liquid.

Warning: This product is not a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose. Close tightly and store in a dark, dry place out of reach of children.
