Polygonum multiflorum is an annual climbing plant growing to a length of 10 m. Its reddish-brown roots are woody, and the purple stem is smooth and branched at the top. The capsules contain processed and finely ground polygonum, a highly valued herb in Chinese medicine, prepared via traditional steam processing over black beans to ensure better uptake of substances.

Contents: 100% Polygonum multiflorum BIO, 500 mg/capsule. Capsule shell: HPMC (hypromellose). Plant-based capsules suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recommended dose and instructions: Use 3 capsules 2x per day 20 min. before food
