Guarana is a vining shrub that can grow up to 12 m in height. The tiny greenish, white, or yellow flowers form small clusters. The bright red fruits contain a single large seed within a fleshy shell. Guarana Salvia Paradise® is only carefully dried at conventional temperatures, not roasted. This preserves more of the beneficial substances. Guarana HQ has a finer consistency after multiple siftings. It supports physical and emotional vitality, releases tension, and regulates fatigue. It is often used to support digestion and fat metabolism. It is recommended as an aid for weight management. It helps maintain normal immune system function.

Recommended dose and instructions: Mix 1 teaspoon of ground guarana in water or juice and drink. It can also be mixed with yogurt or added to hot cocoa. Use as needed. The effects are felt very quickly. Guarana is a natural source of caffeine.
