Gotu kola is a perennial ground-covering herb that can grow up to 2.5 metres in length. It originates from India but can also be found in other Southeast Asian countries and the island of Madagascar. Gotu kola is a traditional Ayurvedic herb used primarily to support cognitive functions and mental health. It has a positive effect on cardiovascular system function and helps alleviate the sensation of heavy legs. It supports normal digestion.

Contents: 100% Centella asiatica, 320 mg/capsule. Capsule shell: HPMC (hypromellose). Plant-based capsules suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Recommended dose and instructions: Use 1–2 capsules 2x per day 20 min. before food.
