Vilcacora is a woody vine, sometimes considered a liana, that can grow to 30 m in height. In Spanish it is known as Uňa de Gato (Cat’s Claw). It is found in the Peruvian Andes, where it has been used for more than 2,000 years and is regarded as the Queen of Herbs. Vilcacora supports the body’s natural defence – the immune system – and helps maintain healthy joints.

Recommended dose and instructions: Mix half a teaspoon in water and drink. Use 3x per day. Prep TIP: To prevent clumps, mix 1 part powder and 2 parts water and stir into a smooth paste before diluting in liquid.
