Amalaki is the fruit of the emblic tree, which can reach heights of up to 15 m. It is native to ancient India, where for centuries the fruit was used in traditional Ayurveda. Amalaki helps maintain normal digestive health and affects the immune system.

Recommended dose and instructions: Mix 1 teaspoon in water or juice and drink. Use 3x per day. Prep TIP: To prevent clumps, mix 1 part powder and 2 parts water and stir into a smooth paste before diluting in liquid.
